From my perspective Executive and Senior Management development is a critical aspect of many organizations and often one that is overlooked.
Are you sometimes asking yourself, why is it that others are moving on and I am “stuck” and can’t think of what else to do in order to move the organization forward? Or maybe you don’t have anyone at your level that you can have confidential conversations with in your new role? Or maybe you are ready to do something different but are not sure what that “something” is. Or you want to develop high performing individuals in your organization. My executive or business coaching focuses on helping you as the client go from where you are, to where you want yourself and your company to be.
Life Coaching
My question is simple: if there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, then there is room for life coaching. Why struggle on your own when you can get what you want out of life in a fraction of the time with the structure, support, and tools of a skilled life coach?

The Coaching Process
Each coaching engagement begins with a “discovery” session of some sort. This is the time where you as the potential client and me as the coach have a conversation to determine and discuss several items which may include:
• What are you looking for in the coaching relationship? • What the coaching relationship is and isn’t • My coaching style and how that resonates with you • Contracting rules of engagement and protocol • My credentials relative to the your needs • Timing and logistics of the coaching • How success for coaching will be measured
